Being an active and athletic woman young mother, I have experienced all the dramatic changes to my body myself. As a Pilates trainer I cannot emphasise enough how important it is to take care of one’s bodies during and after pregnancy.

My education and personal experience allows me to adapt exercises that suit your changing body at every stage of your pregnancy. Focusing on strengthening the pelvic floor is incredibly important for labour and post natal recovery.

I offer Prenatal classes for a maximum of 4 participants on Fridays at 10am.

If necessary I provide Postnatal private lessons.
