Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on developing your core muscles while also training your arms and legs.

In my class you will discover the classical Pilates repertoire on a Mat using various equipment such as the Roller, Magic Circle, Ball and the Thera Band. Every month I offer a different program so that you can explore different exercises and gain their benefits.

Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility with an emphasis on the core muscles. Mat Pilates is a challenging yet safe method which sculpts your body and increases agility in your everyday movements.

In order for me to work effectively with you individually and collectively my classes have a maximum of 7 participants.

Reformer Class

(max. 4 Persons)

70 CHF per Person

The reformer was invented by Pilates founder Joseph Pilates. It is a bed-like frame with a flat platform on it, called the carriage. A wide variety of exercises are done on the reformer to promote length, strength, flexibility and balance. Most Pilates reformer exercises have to do with pushing or pulling the carriage or holding the carriage steady during an exercise as it is pulled on by the springs.

One of the best things about the reformer is its versatility. Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, standing, pulling the straps, pushing the footbar, perched on the footbar, perched on the shoulder blocks, with additional equipment, upside down, sideways, and all kinds of variations.

There are many reformer exercises for beginners as for the most advanced practitioners. I, however, personally recommend starting with a Matclass if you haven't had any Pilates experience before.

The Pro-Pilates Studio welcomes a group of maximum 4 persons for a Reformer-Class.

Important!!!
Before starting any class, I kindly ask every new client to have a trial lesson first, so that I can assess your body and be able to make corrections effectively during the Class.
