Being active and athletic woman and a young mother I've experienced all the dramatic changes to my body myself. As a pilates trainer I cannot emphasize more, how important it is to take care of our bodies during and after the pregnancy.
My education for pregnant women as well as personal experience encourage me to adapt the exercises to suit your changing body at each stage of pregnancy.
Pilates for pregnancy often focuses on strengthening your pelvic floor, which is important for labour and recovery after birth.
I offer a prenatal class for a maximum of 4 persons on Friday at 10am.
For any recovery after birth, I am happy to help you in a private lesson.
